Our process is able to prepare the wood for finishing other than light sanding. We seal the floor with our own brand of finisher that looks like Urethane, lasts like Urethane, and you clean it like Urethane. Unlike Urethane, there is NO ODOR, and it DRIES IN 1 HOUR!!
